The Family Villa is the room for people arriving with children. It has a second sleeping surface alongside the main bed, so a family stays together rather than splitting across two bookings.
What we can tell you
The room is wide, with a wardrobe, a writing desk and a chair, and rugs on the floor.
Beyond that we would rather leave this page honest than fill it in. The exact layout, bed configuration and what is included are being confirmed.
How the room works
One room means one bedtime, one set of keys, and one bag everything has been lost in. It also means the adults are reading in the same space as a sleeping child, which suits some families and not others. If yours is the second kind, two of the Standard Rooms is often the better answer, and we will say so.
Whatever occupies children here happens outside the room. The Family Island Break sets out what a few days of that looks like, and a trip on the lake is the one thing worth booking before you arrive.
Booking
Send us your dates and tell us how many beds you need, not how many people you are. That is the number that decides whether this room works or whether two rooms would be more comfortable. It is also worth reading how to reach the island before you book; the crossing goes better with children when it has been planned.
