Four kinds of room look out over the same lake. Which one suits you depends less on how much space you want than on how you plan to spend the day. Some guests are here to be on the water. Some are here to be left alone. Some are here to keep a family happy for three days.
All of them sit on Bugala Island, a short crossing from the mainland. Beyond that they diverge.
The four room types
Standard Rooms
A double room with either a king bed or twin beds, a walk-in shower, a 32-inch smart television, USB sockets and a large balcony. The most straightforward way to stay, and the easiest to put two friends or a couple in without fuss.
Brovad Suites
A one-bedroom suite with a master bedroom and a separate lounge area, a 43-inch smart television, a coffee and tea maker, and a bathroom with both a separate shower and a bathtub. The balcony looks out over Lake Victoria. The most separation of the four, and the only one with a bathtub.
Deluxe Rooms
An executive room with a king bed, a private balcony, a walk-in shower, a coffee and tea maker, a 43-inch smart television and USB charging. More room than a Standard, less separation than a Suite.
Family Villa
The family option, with a second sleeping surface alongside the main bed.

Around the rooms
The lodge has a pool, a shallower one beside it for children, a beach on the lake, a restaurant and bar, and a spa. If the room is only ever going to be where you sleep, book a morning on the water first.
Getting to us is its own small journey. We can walk you through the crossing before you travel.
