What to tell us
An enquiry gets a faster and more useful reply when it includes:
- Your arrival and departure dates
- How many adults and how many children
- Which room type you have in mind, if you have one
- Where you are travelling from, and whether you are bringing a vehicle; this decides which crossing you should aim for
- Anything you want arranged in advance: a boat, the spa, dinner on the jetty
Events and groups
For a wedding, a conference or a team retreat, tell us roughly how many people and the shape of the days you have in mind. Group arrivals need the crossing planned as carefully as the rooms.
